We cook our bone broth fresh to order with only the freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in the bone broth we make. All orders are custom and need 24 hours to cook, so please order at least 30 hours prior to your planned pick up time.
*Canceling an order and refunds: We can not cancel, refund, or give credit if you change your mind after we begin to prepare your order.
*Requests for refunds if you do not show up within 10 minutes of your pick up time: Please ensure you are on time to pick up your bone broth at the time you select for pick up. Since we are a perishable food business, we are not able to hold onto your order if you forget to pick it up or do not notify us 24 hours prior to pick up date. We do allow a 10 minute grace period. Our drivers must continue with delivery and our next pick up time, so they are unable to wait more than 10 minutes. Once we start your order, we can not offer a refund, no exceptions. Although, we do understand that unexpected things happen in life and are willing to work with you and offer a one-time courtesy credit if something happens out of your control.
